Lovely apartment with a great view to the Aegean Sea suitable for 4 pers (6 pers max).
the villa spiti anatoli "the sea at your door step" is ideally located, the house has direct access to the golden sandy beach of Karfas, one of the most beautiful beach of the island: the funds are shallow and the water is warm. There is not even a road between the house and the sea., The villa is built right onto the sand. The place is quiet but not isolated (small shops, bus stop and Greek taverns are 300 m. Approximately).
• Description of the apartment (3/6 pers.): 2 Double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen / living room in which there are 2 single beds which can be used as sofas and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
the linen, cleaning every Saturday, beach chairs and tranfer to the airport/port are included.

We always pick up our guests at the airport or port and offer them the transfer to the house.
we can provide a car rental if the guests want to explore the island.
Karfas is a perfect central base from which you can radiate to visit the island.
if you are looking for a typical island, you will love Chios that has kept its charm and authenticity because protected from mass tourism. With its medieval stone villages remained intact, beaches uncrowded even in August, its hospitable inhabitants, which is unfortunatly lost in some other Greek island, Chios is a totally exotic island with many influences. By choosing Chios, you avoid the major crowded tourist places and discover a unique island in the Aegean sea : Chios is only a few kilometers from the Turkish coast.
the architecture, vegetation and landscape are very varied and completely different from North to South, as if two islands were in one. What also makes the wealth of the island is that through its historical past rather eventful (crossroads between East and West), the island offers many sites to explore. If you intend to hire a car , i can handle it because our son also has a car rental licence on the island and makes preferential rates to our guests.
